lockscreen Lock screen and notification music bar missing after v3 update

After recent v3 update OnePlus 3T lockscreen and notification music bar are missing. Did they remove them? Or am i missing them??

Poweramp provides notification which recent Androids (from 5 to Q) usually also show on lockscreen. And it's actually not possible to have background music playing without some notification shown, but you could hide it manually (see device settings / Apps / Poweramp / Notifications).
