  1. Today my Poweramp decided not to obey the smartphone's volume control. The music / sound is at a fixed medium volume and is not muted even when I set the audio to zero. I'm using a wired headset. I don't know what I did to get like this. Huh, help? Edit: Oops, solved. Changing the audio output and going back to the one I like fixed the problem.
  2. Extra info: I bought the Wavelet (weeks ago) and it did something similar, as I changed songs it made loud crackles, worse than Poweramp Equalizer. I returned it and got my money back. So this little problem is not unique to our equalizer.
  3. Here, preamp is 0, DVC on and off tested, equalizer reinstaled, "crackling" still occurs. Today, after a security update for the S6 Lite, it only happened about 5 times on Spotify when switching songs manually. I tested for an hour. Occurs with and without headphones, on Spotify and Youtube. Samsung Dolby Atmos always off. Noises when changing sounds don't bother, the problem is when this noise keeps repeating itself until the device is mutated. Rare, but it happens and it's scary when I have headphones on. 😅
  4. In my Samsung too! This audio crackling occurs in my Samsung Tab S6 Lite (Exynos version, Android 12) and not (never) in the Xiaomi device (Mi A2 Lite, Android 11). I thought it only happened on Spotify, but when I applied the dump permissions it increased the occurrence. This weird sound, which increases the volume until (sometimes) mutes the device, happens during sound transitions, whether it's switching songs on Spotify or starting an advertisement on Youtube. This does not happen in the Poweramp player.
