I suggest to add an option in the app settings that would make it possible to switch two halves of the screen in car media center. At the moment the right half shows the controls and details about songs, while the left one shows the cover of an album. To my mind it is more convenient for a driver to have both halves reversed. By introducing such a feature it will help the driver to operate the media center while not distracting from driving. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't know of any that do it out of the box (not a very common need to put a lot of work into) but YAPS allows you to change the positions of pretty much all elements on the Player Screen, so it ought to be possible to build something using that.
