Notification cannot be visible and accessible properly in Oreo 8.1

Notification cannot be accessible. In both case 'Inverse Notification Color' on/off.

Correct, Oreo broke notifications. This is resolved in the beta builds of Poweramp v3 (see Downloads tab at the top of the page) and there is a user-written helper app (https://forum.powerampapp.com/topic/11033-quick-fix-for-notification-on-android-oreo-81-v140/) if you want to stick with v2 for some reason.

The latest release v814 is now on google play so no longer beta. Check which version you have by looking at the changelog, scroll down a little

V3 should not have this problem. If it does for you, please report it in the Bugs forum.
