I also can't disable DVCScreenshot_20240121_201817_com.maxmpz.audioplayer.huawei.thumb.jpg.a63d31d5677b781134907fc3b2347617.jpgScreenshot_20240121_202243_com.maxmpz.audioplayer.huawei.thumb.jpg.1b4228429dd7a6edc9e664e68e3e08da.jpgScreenshot_20240121_201841_com.maxmpz.audioplayer.huawei.thumb.jpg.929172c851a92aa11e1babe87377ce48.jpgScreenshot_20240121_201841_com.maxmpz.audioplayer.huawei.thumb.jpg.7b4c91442586f5c78c3fcd9d5ff94e04.jpgScreenshot_20240121_200713_com.maxmpz.audioplayer.huawei.thumb.jpg.c6173d28d5fe9a89ffe826ba8105ba86.jpg

I also test it on other music player like Huawei music and neutron mp and it seems working since i can see the hi-res near the headet iconScreenshot_20240121_200958_com.android.mediacenter.thumb.jpg.cca3c2f77739550ae41593d980febe5b.jpgScreenshot_20240121_201125_com.neutroncode_mp.huawei.thumb.jpg.6861d136bca5876fcb91e6fe36600cdf.jpg

The experimental hi-res mode can be very device nd Android-version dependent. It's also worth making sure that any other device processing is turned off (Dolby, etc) and also try disabling DVC.

Try using AAudio output rather than hi-res. HI-res fails completely on my Samsung Galaxy A54 with Samsung's Android 14 (worked fine with Android 13) but AAudio is perfect up to 192k/24-bit with my CX31993-based USB dongle.

@andrewilley Thanks for the reply. I tried AAudio but unfortunately 48k is the highest sample rate i can chooseScreenshot_20240121_231435_com.maxmpz.audioplayer.huawei.thumb.jpg.08ba3135061afe6cee9f4e537822f3fc.jpg

Also I can't disable DVC as u can see in the screenshots I turn it off but is still shows Float32 DVC in the volume controlScreenshot_20240121_202243_com.maxmpz.audioplayer.huawei.thumb.jpg.9cbf3f1fe1a1c2585201cc26963a7fb3.jpgScreenshot_20240121_201841_com.maxmpz.audioplayer.huawei.thumb.jpg.63b58f70e2dcafc3dc7e2f43d967b450.jpg
