purchase problem Help I'm not able to purchase anything with my gmail

So I bought 5$ USD gift card can you take this gift card and give me Poweramp unlocker key? 

 

This is happening probably because of Google's new payment policy

You need to make the purchase via the Play Store, and as far as I know you should be able to load a gift card value into your account.

It is up to Google, no one else can force them to accept your gift card.

And does the country in your payment profile match the country of the voucher you bought?
