Please add a way to rate a song without having to play it, and the ability to backup those rated songs.

I want to rate all songs I have quickly, I will rate my favorites to 5 and less favorite to 1-4 depends on the songs, but as of Poweramp now, it doesn't have the ability to do this, instead we should play that certain song first to be able to rate it. 

And the incapabilites to backup the rated data is annoying, like everytime I changed my device to newest one, or moving from beta to official and vice versa really burdens me.

An app called New Playlist Manager allows to to manage ratings, and also back them up (even writing them to the music files directly if you want).

NPM can backup your pa "rating" and "times Played" and of course restore them. There is also an option to zero all pa ratings, write your pa ratings to the rating tag of the track itself OR update your pa ratings using the ratings tag of your tracks. Note that if you have an android version >= Marshmallow, AND your music is on an external sdcard, due to permission restrictions, the tag update will not work.
