徐骏杰 Posted November 3, 2023 Share Posted November 3, 2023 I really really like this player. I also listen to music with computer sometimes. However, I havn't found a PC player as good as Poweramp. andrewilley Posted November 3, 2023 Share Posted November 3, 2023 You can already use Poweramp on a PC, in a limited fashion, using Windows Subsystem for Android (a free feature included with Windows 11). I made a local player called Loop Sound Player which I have used for weeks. But I am just an amateur developer with limited technology , so many features are not as powerful as Poweramp. w3wilkes Posted November 16, 2023 Share Posted November 16, 2023 Logitech Media Server is by far the best and most robust music player for PC. If you go this route be sure to install the Material Skin available in the Plugins which puts a skin on LMS that's very similar to the Poweramp interface. Mountain Man Posted December 9, 2023 Share Posted December 9, 2023 (edited) In Linux, I use the Music Player Daemon with Cantata as the graphical front end. I does everything I want in a music player, which is to stay out of my way and just let me listen to my music! I don't need all of that social media and "discovery" nonsense.
