关于三星S20FE中国版升级后无法打开hi-res的问题反馈！

问题描述：

今天收到三星官方推送的最新系统补丁，安全补丁为2022年6月。

更新完后发现，以前默认的开启hi-res的设置全部无效了！

无论是蓝牙音频，还是有线音频，或者是usb-dac都无法开启hi-res。

只有当在开发者选项里关闭“停用绝对音量”后就可以正常开启hi-res，但是此时音质简直无法听，很差很差！

我知道，肯定是因为三星推送的这个补丁造成的问题，因为在安装这个补丁之前，一直设置的都是hi-res音频输出，开发者选项的“停用绝对音量”也是开启的，一路从这个设备的安卓10到安卓12的系统都没问题，就是今天推送的这个补丁后才出现这个问题！但aaudio是正常工作的。

我知道肯定是要等着三星官方再推送新的系统来解决，这个也应该是三星系统的问题。就是试着来问一下作者，有没有解决的方案？如果没有就算了，就当反馈一下吧！谢谢啦！

作者都没答复，应该就不会解决了。

我以为是个例，原来是三星所有的国行手机都出现这个问题。

升级到OneUI5后也无法开启，我专门重置了系统依然不行，看来是某些接口被三星封了造成的，看作者有没有想法去解决咯！作者不解决，就继续用AAudio吧！

前两个月反馈了关于三星中国地区推送2002年6月安全补丁后无法开启hi-res的问题，以为只是个案。

12月份三星陆续给中国地区s系列全部推送基于安卓13的OneUI5.0系统，重置过系统，重新安装了poweramp，但问题依旧！也在中国论坛上看到很多用户反馈无法开启hi-res，看来不是个例！

希望作者看到后能不能想办法解决一下啊！不晓得是全球三星手机推送后都有这个问题，还是只有中国的有这个问题。

@maxmp Do you have any Chinese-language Android 13 devices? Otherwise unless this issue also manifests itself on other devices too, it might be a tough one to track down.

@maleck After installing a new OS, it's always a good idea to reset the Outputs menu to default settings in PA. Or just clear app data completely and let it start as if it's a new install. On Android 13, it might be best to turn DVC off if you want to use the Hi-Res option. You also might want to try Poweramp build 942 or lower, where the detection code for high-res was less strict - however even if high-res is reported as working by the OS, sometimes the firmware was still invisibly resampling it back down to 48kHz anyway.

我升级到安卓13后将整个系统重置了一次，然后重新安装了poweramp包括你提到的942或者更低版本，但是依然无法开启hi-res。我相信，这是三星中国的系统不兼容或者关闭了某些接口造成的问题，毕竟我不是这方面的专家，所以只是猜测。因为就是从10月份三星中国推送了2022年6月安全补丁后，就开始不能开启hi-res，之前同一部手机，从安卓10到安卓安卓12都是可以成功开启hi-res的。本来以为推送安卓13后可以解决这个问题，结果问题依旧，而且在中国的论坛也有多位poweramp正版使用者出现了相同的问题，所以排除个例。其它中国品牌的手机我不晓得会不会有这个问题，但目前可以确定的是三星中国手机系统确实有这个问题，希望管理员、作者看到了能想想办法解决！感谢！

@maleck unfortunately I can't reproduce any issues with Hi-Res (DVC also works for 192khz, but not for 384khz) on Samsung @ 13, tested S22, S22 Ultra, S21 Ultra. Tested build Poweramp build 949 (945 works too). Samsung OneUI 5 1st nov 2022. (I never test on any beta or "downloadable" firmwares though - only on official OTAs.)

On Samsungs, Hi-Res works on 96kHz for BT, 192khz + 24bit + DVC and 384khz + 32bit + no DVC for 3.5/USB. Any other combination sample rate/bitwidth for 3.5/USB will result in 48khz + 16bit.

Also, if Hi-Res output doesn't work for you, use AAudio Output - on Samsungs it works fine with Hi-Res + DVC as well.

我知道这个无法开启hi-res的问题在三星国际版系统上是没有的，所以我前面的帖子专门强调了这个问题只出现于“三星中国地区官方系统2022年6月安全补丁推送后”，并且一直延续到三星中国官方系统OneUi5.0上！所以我上面的回复里才分享了三星中国地区s20+的OneUI5官方系统给你，希望能有所帮助。看来你目前测试的都是三星国际的官方系统，而非三星中国的官方系统。我前面的回帖里也贴了很多三星中国用户反馈的无法开启hi-res的截图，这个问题应该是只存在于三星中国地区官方系统里！我知道这个必然是三星中国官方系统在去年推送了2022年6月的安全补丁后造成的问题，但这个问题反馈给三星中国，三星中国官方就没有后续了，导致期间推送了三个版本，一直到安卓13的OneUI5问题依旧。其它我也不知道该提供什么才能对解决问题有所帮助，没有办法才来论坛求助你的。不管怎么样，还是感谢你！😊
