Last track of album not counting as a play.

By looking at my 'recently played' and 'most played' I've found for some reason the last tracks on my albums don't seem to count as a play. Has anyone else found this to be an issue and could it get sorted?

Thanks

They do as long as play continues on to another track at the end (which happens automatically in the Advance Category mode). The play count get incremented when a track is beyond the user-defined threshold duration and you move on - either automatically or manually - to a new song.

This has the downside that if you stop playback at the end of a track (which make the counter return to zero again) moving on will not increment the play count as it looks like the track is still unplayed.

See several other threads on the subject, it has been requested that this behaviour be modified so the counter also gets incremented even if a track finishes and stops:

Does this mean that when using the Queue the last song played in the Queue will not be counted when using the setting "Stay in Queue" on end option?

@w3wilkes Probably, yes. Not checked it specifically though.

Basically any time you move on to a new song AND the counter is greater than the threshold level, the play count is incremented.
