Romain1998
@andrewilley No, I'm Batman lol. Jokes aside, because it might make sound more soft and natural on DACs which support it. Edited September 27, 2020 by Romain1998
ββββ γ―γͺγΉ ββββ
you can't tell me you can hear a difference between 384 and 768... π§
dark_skeleton
Pretty sure the max supported by Android 11 is 384kHz as of now. Going above that would require the OS to support higher frequencies
Romain1998
@ββββ γ―γͺγΉ ββββ I don't pretend I can hear the frequencies, but i might hear a more natural and proprer sound.
cantara256
I'm batman too!Β π¦ Seriously though I've discovered the magic of PGGB (https://www.remastero.com/guide.html), which upsamples up to 32 bit/768 kHzΒ with my preferred EQ already applied. Attach a Chord Hugo 2 and LCD-i4 to a 1TB Galaxy S22 Ultra and it's pure audio bliss I can take anywhere in the world. Is this truly an Android limitation, or can Hi-Res Output -> USB DAC actually handle this? USB Audio Player Pro can do it but Poweramp's UI is still far superior.
