DI48 9bB Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 I really have no idea if this is a Poweramp limitation or an Android Auto limitation, but it would be great if the "now playing" screen on Android Auto could include the album name for the currently playing track. andrewilley Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 Android Auto shows the album image rather than the Album Title text, that's just the way its interface is designed. I would prefer it did both too, as there's plenty of spare screen space. I'm not sure if it's possible to override it in some way - perhaps by sending the Artist string as a concatenated version such as "%artist% - %album%". That's definitely a little annoying, since people with local music libraries don't always have album images for everything, and so many album covers don't have an easy-to-read title on them.
