APE CUE file problem

When playing CUE files related to APE, it is not possible to play correct time.

If the playing time starts at 12 seconds, the music is automatically moved to 20 seconds.

Files of other formats do not have this problem.

Other app players don't do this, only Poweramp.

Ape format may not support accurate seeking in some encoding modes, making CUEs (which require at least 1-second accurate seeking) not so feasible. Poweramp APE decoder is tuned for (Battery) efficiency as we are on the mobile battery powered device - this is why PC solution for this (decoding everything to a seeking point) doesn’t work well on the phone.
