App doesnt work

Hi my name is Luis Enrique Abente I bought the app last month and I have issues with unlock the app with the unlocker from Google play.

I uninstall the app and the unlocker trying to fix the problem but now in Google Play Store It's said that I have to buy again the unlocker app and I won't do it because first I already bought the app and second it never works for me.

I love the app, and it's sad that it's to end up like this.

If someone please help, I will love it

Google will only ever charge once for any app. Even if it shows a price, you should not be charged a second time when you install it.

However if you change your Google account, then of course this will mean you have to pay again - Google does not transfer purchases across accounts.
