Not only this file, all music files can't show album art including embedded art image. My Poweramp Build version is 820. andrewilley Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 I'm wondering whether this might be a character set issue. Poweramp needs to match filenames and artwork names, and if they are not regular ASCII perhaps it is having trouble doing that? Should not affect embedded art though. Try going one step further and clearing all app data (make sure you Export your settings and any internally-created playlists first) or even completely uninstalling and reinstalling.
