Volume control not active unless app is displayed

Hi,

 

I'm using Poweramp (full paid) version updated to 2.0.10-build-579, on an XPeria go (Android 4.1.2). The volume control is no longer active when the app is not displayed or the screen is locked. When the screen is locked, or when Poweramp app is not displayed (but is playing music in a background task), if I change the volume using the phone physical volume buttons, it does not change Poweramp volume but changes the phone/ringing volume. In previous versions (I could not say since when this changed), the volume buttons worked perfectly, i.e. changed Poweramp playing volume even when Poweramp was playing in a background task or when the screen was locked (this is the most practicle way of working I think).

 

It seems like a bug to me... am I right ?

 

***edit*** rebooted the device, it works well now... bad interaction with phone application?
