How do you actually get support for this product?

I sent a support request on September 4. Initially Alex provided some guidance that didn't work. He then had me submit some diagnostic info on September 16.

Since then, no response.

I've sent follow-up emails on October 6, September 30, 24 and 18. Basically, I've followed up every week, hoping for some response, but nothing, no response, just radio silence.

What's going on? I'm a paid, not free version user.

What an obnoxious company. Pay for their product, and then they ignore users. Still no reply.

I'll note that in the time since my initial inquiry, I've changed phones. Same problem on the new phone.

Not something I've seen before. Although I do find that if I'm listening to something in the car when I arrive back home and the phone picks up my wireless router, playback stutters a little while the connection is being negotiated. Could be related?
