He then had me submit some diagnostic info on September 16.Since then, no response.I've sent follow-up emails on October 6, September 30, 24 and 18. Basically, I've followed up every week, hoping for some response, but nothing, no response, just radio silence.What's going on? I'm a paid, not free version user.
