How do you actually get support for this product?

I sent a support request on September 4. Initially Alex provided some guidance that didn't work. He then had me submit some diagnostic info on September 16.

Since then, no response.

I've sent follow-up emails on October 6, September 30, 24 and 18. Basically, I've followed up every week, hoping for some response, but nothing, no response, just radio silence.

What's going on? I'm a paid, not free version user.
