If it's the root level folder or perhaps the system download folder or some other app's download folder, Poweramp cannot use it as a source directory, as far as I know. Select a non-root level folder and Poweramp should detect it.

I agree, the file is fine and seems to automatically scan into the PA Library perfectly.

Put it into the same location as the rest of your audio files (a regular Android user storage location, as defined in PA Settings=>Library=>Music Folders) and see if it scans into the Library then.

@andrewilley guide me in detail. file manager  and Android treated  this as a hidden file i attaching screenshot of that when I turn off button which shows hidden file after that all the content of that folder seems empty as previously mentioned this problem doesn't exist in aimp player it instantly scan all the file when I select that folder

Poweramp will not scan in specifically Hidden files - and neither should other regular apps really, but that's up to their developers. Hidden filenames normally start with a dot, which is why those four files in the first of your three screenshots vanish when you no longer allow Hidden files to be shown. If you remove the leading dot from each of your own filenames (don't touch any system files) they should then become visible in both modes.

However the sample OGG file you posted above did not start with a dot, so it should not be treated as hidden. The filename was Bawaal song 1.ogg which should be fine. Make sure you have given permission for that particular folder (internal storage/Music) to be accessed via the PA Settings=>Library=>Music Folders setup menu. To improve scanning efficiency, don't try to assign permissions for a whole storage by the way - in fact, you can't give permission for all of internal storage or a whole SD Card in recent versions of Android. Only assign the specific folder(s) that should contain all of your music - which will also include any subfolders, so you only need to worry about selecting the highest level music folder.
