Plans for Stream?

Are there any future plans for Stream -  connect PA with a streaming service like Google Podcasts, Deezer or Spotify? Or at least the ability to read the downloaded files from those services?

Nothing in the short/mid term plans. Streaming from file repository locations (NAS, local DLNA sources, Google Drive, etc) is more likely, but streaming directly from Spotify/etc would require paid licence deals, and is not really what Poweramp is designed for anyway.

Poweramp can of course play local MP3/etc files that you have downloaded from some online sources, but not if the provider has protected that content for DRM reasons (you'd need to decrypt the files first).
