no sound on android auto

if i want to listen music on android auto, i have no sound. the music is playing, but i have no sound. no matter how loud the speakers are set, no sound. other apps are working fine. i'm on the latest Poweramp and android auto version.

Have you turned the Bluetooth volume on the phone up to full? Most AA connections, even ones with a USB cable, use Bluetooth for the actual audio stream,

If you are using DVC with Bluetooth, also make sure you have disabled Absolute Volume Control in your device's Developer Options.

i can check this but all other apps are working fine. only Poweramp has no sound

@chkdsk that can be if you have DVC + absolute volume. You’ll get very tiny volume then due to the double volume control. Thanks!
