Something like having a "Custom" option on List Options to drag around playlists. It could be enabled by simply long-pressing on any Playlist title in the category list - just like you can currently do within playlist for moving their contents around, or in the Queue. That would also tie in nicely with an existing request to be able to re-order the items in the top-level Library Categories list via its existing List Options menu.
