Setting interface error

But isn't Android not allowed to retreat version installation?  If I delete it, many of my presets are gone

Long shot, but does rebooting the phone help at all? Or clearing the cache? You are right that you can't roll back versions without uninstalling, which would lose your settings.

@daiest try and install one of the available skins, perhaps it unlocks whatever is stuck

You could also try uninstalling the Unlocker app and re-installing that, as your paid licences status seems to be wrong too. The shouldn't affect the main app settings.
