Neil Dobier Posted July 15, 2021 Share Posted July 15, 2021 After purchasing Poweramp on line via the web site I was sent these instructions to activate the application:Poweramp is unlocked in-app via Settings => Already Purchased? => Website. These instructions do not work. What does one do now? Please note I am running the Trail version of Poweramp. Has anyone else experienced this problem. I have emailed the support team but have had no response from them, so they now have my money, but I have a piece of software that has expired. If so, what happens (i.e. how does PA respond) when you enter the details from the email into the 'Already Purchased? > Website' screen?
