Where did the widgets go?

I used to have access to multiple resizable widgets for a long time but like 6 months ago, they stopped showing up on in my widgets menu. 

Now all I have is a single shortcut which can be used for playlists.

 

I've reinstalled the app and nothing changes.

 

Helpful info:

Razer phone 2

Android version 9

Poweramp build 883-893

Full version unlocked

There are still five widgets included with Poweramp - 4x1, 4x2, 2x2, Large, and Playlist shortcut. All except the shortcut icon are scalable. Are you using your device's default launcher, as you should see all five?

I have the same problem, I do a reset factory to my phone, and when I install again the app the widgets just disappear.

My phone is a Motorola E6 Plus 

Power Amp Full version.

@NaytN Are you using the stock launcher, or a third-party app?

Stock launcher, I don't change anything from my phone.

I don't know then, on a stock clean install you should see four normal widgets plus a Playlist icon.

I have the exact same problem. Not too amused, as I paid for this app. I guess nothing lasts forever. It's a shame; I really liked the app.

What version of PA and Android are you running? You haven't tried to move the PA app to SD Card have you, it is not designed to be operated that way.

I tidied up my tablet and moved apps including Poweramp onto my SD card and found the widgets except the icon disappeared, I moved Poweramp back to internal and they all came back. Just a thought might be worth a try.

I just had this happen to my tablet.   My widget is gone from my homescreen and when I went to add it back only the one in the screenshot above is there.  How do I get it back? It's a Galaxy Tab A8.

I got the widgets back but now the 4x1 is all one line and you can't read anything because the words are cut off.  What's the deal?

Widget formats are editable of course, might be something you can change in there. Also, you have condensed the 4x1 widget into three icon widths not four, so just resize it (maybe even use five icon widths?). e.g. placed on my phone homescreen:

I've tried resizing it.  I've never seen it do this in all my years of using Poweramp. Still having the problem only in the tablet.   It happened after the widgets disappeared for a week or two then came back like this.
