powerAMP 1.4 -- Where are playlists stored??

I am moving my copy of Poweramp to a new Android Phone, and I am trying to find the eleven playlists I had made on the older phone, so I can copy them to the new phone. I cannot find them anywhere, and cannot find any information searching the forum as to where they might be stored. Exactly where and in what file format are they when created?

System library playlists - in system database(s).

PowerAMP's folder playlists - /data/data/com.maxmpz.audioplayer/databases/folders.db (world readable, no root needed to copy).
