ivan.nechurka Posted January 7, 2019 Share Posted January 7, 2019 Здравствуйте, уважаемые разработчики. Благодарю за отличный плеер. Теперь о проблеме - не отображаются обложки. Телефон OnePlus 5. Раньше всё было отлично, пока не откатился с Андроида 9 обратно на 8.1. обложки не отображаются, версия v3 build-816. Почитал разные форумы, чистил кэш обложек, сканировал, переустанавливал плеер - не помогает. Прошу помочь. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

xor37h Posted December 14, 2019 Share Posted December 14, 2019 У меня тоже перестали загружаться и отображаться обложки после того, как я восстановил систему с помощью Titanium BackUp. Пробовал очищать кэш обложек, пробовал переустанавливать - ничего не помогает. Обложки, которые вшиты в музыкальные файлы, отображаются, а те, которые нужно скачивать, не отображаются. Как исправить? andrewilley Posted December 16, 2019 Share Posted December 16, 2019 You could try deleting the artwork cache folders, and let them re-download and rebuild - folder is /Android/data/_com.maxmpz.audioplayer/album_art. You could try to Clear App Data in Android too, sometimes an uninstall and reinstall still picks up restored data from Google backup. xor37h Posted June 27, 2020 Share Posted June 27, 2020 I Clear App Data and Delete Cache in Android for this app. I have no "Negative Status" in Settings > Album Art. I Delete Cache in Settings > Album Art. I have Poweramp-alpha-build-709-uni.apk installed because of Android 4.4.4. Album Art is still not downloaded and not shown (only embedded in tags is shows). andrewilley Posted June 27, 2020 Share Posted June 27, 2020 Ah, sorry, build 709 is not supported as it was only ever an alpha-test release. I know album-art searching in the earlier Poweramp v2 no longer works (due to changes in the online resource APIs) so maybe 709 has the same issue now too? Might be time to start embedding your artwork within your music files I'm afraid. Or you can also place image files manually into /Android/data/_com.maxmpz.audioplayer/album_art, using the exact same filenames as your music files but with a .jpg extender.
