So I bought it on the official web, and downloaded the "unlock" app in my email box, then I could active Poweramp on my phone with my google account. But now, google has quitted China. My new phone dosn't contain google service. I've tried to install the service, but it's no use. Recently, I found that there is another way to active Poweramp by order number, but I don't know my order number. How can I find my order number which was created 5 years ago? andrewilley Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 Because one is a purchase from Google and one is a purchase from Poweramp - it's like saying why don't your Amazon and eBay accounts merge.
