Ability to Parse .cue Files for Each Folder Individually, Not All Files or None.

Some flac folders are already separated into tracks but still contain .cue files. When parsed, they split into two album folders, usually one containing just one or two tracks with one of them truncated.

 

So, would it be possible to select which folders to parse, instead of all of them or none?  I would like to keep the .cue files for these folders.
