2nd level of sorting

Hello,

 

Would it be possible to implement a second sorting level ?

 

For example, if you use the List Options -> sort by popularity, and if you have not yet rated songs, the default sorting level is Alphabetic.

If 2 songs have the same rating, alphabetic order is also the second sorting level.

 

With a second sorting level, if 2 songs have the same rating (or no rating), the second level would permit to order songs as we want.

It may also help some people to sort albums by artists and then per year.

 

 

Poweramp is a very good player, keep developp it.

+1.  For example, sort by artist (ascending) and then by release date (ascending).  This is the primary reason I use file-based playlists.

I signed up here to support this request, it would be awesome if you could sort by ratings and other methods as given in this thread.

I also signed up just for this. It would be awesome if the playlist was sorted by Album/TrackNo when I "play" everything from an artist (when songs from the library get added to the playlist). Right now, the closest one can get to that is either by Album/Alphabetically or simply Alphabetically.
