  1. Is there a simple way to reorder the equalizer preset list? Custom presets seem to appear at the top of the list, and if they are preceded by a number the default alphabetical order can be avoided. It follows saving a default preset as a custom preset, deleting the default preset, and then renaming the new custom preset will also work to obtained the desired results. This procedure is cumbersome at best, hopefully there's a simpler method to reorder the equalizer preset list.
  2. It's been a year now since I originally submitted this bug report. Since that time I have been checking music folder selection logic with each new release. I was hopeful when I read the changelog entry for build-571 (late November): "565: Music Folders selection dialog revamp/optimization for large storage", but unfortunately my issue wasn't addressed. I hope some attention can be given to this matter in the not-to-distant future.
  3. Poweramp doesn't display one of my songs in Library and Folder views. Poweramp also does not display the song in my File-Based Playlists. However Poweramp plays the song when it is selected using a file manager program. The problem surfaced after installing build 556, or perhaps build 557. A Full Rescan didn't resolve the problem. And neither did refreshing the Music Folder contents, by deleting and then importing all songs after rebooting. BTW, this issue seems to be similar to the recently posted "Poweramp on Samsung Galaxy Note 3 doesn't bring all files" topic.
  4. Long pressing a list item adds to queue when released, menu options can not be accessed: Enqueue, Play/Pause, Add To Playlist, Delete, Info/Tags... List Item Click Action is set to Enqueue and stay in the list. This issue did not exist in Build 539. -- Samsung Galaxy S3, Android 4.3, Poweramp 2.0.9 Build 543
  5. +1 <http://forum.powerampapp.com/index.php?/topic/5240-remove-song-from-queue-after-being-played/ too>
  6. +1. For example, sort by artist (ascending) and then by release date (ascending). This is the primary reason I use file-based playlists.
  7. On further thought this feature request should be expanded to include all audio output settings and not just those for the equalizer. As such all Tone/Volume settings (volume, stereox, treble/bass, balance, stereo/mono) should also be saved and automatically loaded with when connecting to particular bluetooth device. As before, I don't know if Android allows Poweramp access to bluetooth routing info and this feature may therefore not be possible to implement. But if it is possible I feel this would be a real nice feature.
  8. Yes. And as I previously mentioned I could change my directory structure to accommodate Poweramp's behavior, but I don't want to go down that road until it becomes a much larger issue for me. I can see where this request could be classified as a Feature Request instead of a Bug Report, the current behavior may have been intentionally chosen. Max may decide to change how this request should be classified, I really don't care so long as it gets placed somewhere on the to-do list. Thanks again for your help Andre.
  9. This is the behavior I don't like: When one of the child folders is deselected the parent directory is also deselected. I would like to be able to select a parent directory and all but one of child folders.
  10. And that's the issue I'm trying to address Andre: The (music) files in the parent directory should be able to be selected (scanned) without needing the selection of all subdirectories. I wrote this as a bug based on my experience with another music player I tried out a while back. My impression on your reply is this Poweramp behavior is by design, hence the issue should have been submitted as a Feature Request instead of a Bug Report. Alternatively, I could modify my preferred directory structure to accommodate Poweramp's behavior. At this juncture I don't want to make that change. Thank
  11. Not on my phone Andre. Continuing with my above example, if I select /Music (parent directory) then both /Other Music and /Playlists (subdirectories) are selected. If I then deselect a subdirectory the corresponding parent directory is also deselected. This issue has been present since I first installed Poweramp on my Samsung Galaxy S3 over a year ago (Android 4.1.2). Please let me know if you want additional information to better isolate this issue. Perhaps an uninstall/install is called for?
