Seekbar bug

Hi, I have a problem with a seekbar, this this overlaps the player, I need help please, 'cause the experience is bad :(

What skin are you using (it's not one of the supplied default skins) and what phone and Android version?

Hi friend!

I'm using Luminous Skin in Galaxy S23+ with Android 14, But I found the solution, I was using the beta version, the stable version solved the problem, thank you very much.

This will be fixed when skin is updated, and that will happen when the stable Poweramp build is released. I would suggest disabling this feature temporarily in the skin. Thanks!

i'm using the luminous dark skin, and my solution to that problem just was select the wavebars (this works fine) for now instead of the simple seekbar until it is fixed on some new skin update and still using the new beta version of Poweramp.

Hey I have the same error, do you guys fixed it without selecting the wavebars? I wanna use the simple seekbar. I tried uninstalling it but it keeps bugging. I have a Samsung S23 with Android 14 and using Poweramp build 987 bundle play Complete version 64 bit. 😄

@andrewilley Hi Andre, No, I tried to default to the Default Skin and the reaply the Luminous skin and the bug continues. I already uninstall the app, as of right now I'm using the Wave Seekbar, I'm getting use to it but I still wanna have that option of the simple seekbar. It was fine until yesterday. 

What could be the issue?

I meant does the bug appear if you use the default skins, i.e. without using Luminous at all.

@Mid34 I can confirm the issue exists, and it should l be fixed by the skin dev. The change which required the skin update is from the October 2023 (beta build-978). Unfortunately some skin devs haven't use recommended approach to skin resources and haven't updated skins yet, but the change is simple. The change in the Poweramp that required the update can't be rolled back as it's used for a proper long screens support, and most modern android phones are "long" (2:1 or so aspect ratio). Thanks for the report.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Actually, I had already fixed it back in January, but I couldn't release it due to a crash in build 976. So I decided to wait until the stable version was updated. I’ve informed this in the changelog and provided a warning in the skin app and description that the skin only supports Poweramp Stable. 

I’ve released v9.4 today.

Now that you release v9.4 today, Do I have to dowload the skin again? and it seems that the bug is with the Aurora skin as well!

In any case, I'll be using the Wave Seekbar I find it really interesting.

I really hope you can fix the bugs any time soon!

@andrewilley Hi Andre! No, the bug is just for the Luminous and Aurora Skins. 

When is the Poweramp Stable Version going to release?

Just wait for the update, man. But it looks like you've already got it.😄
All issues have been fixed in v9.4 and there are also a lot of improvements, especially with Material You.
If you have any issues, please get in touch by email. I rarely check the Forum.

@Mixified heeyy man, glad to see you on the forum. i really like your luminous black skin. i hope you could post the updates and have your own thread like other skin developers have to post the new updates and maybe users can report some bugs or request some feature from here. I think it's easier from here than sending e-mails.
