"Store / Restore Per Track Progress" is not working now

There have been no Poweramp updates in the last few days so it must be something local.

Which Per-Track progress option are you using? There's a global one in Settings=> Library which has a duration threshold, so it won't affect tracks shorter than your setting. Or the individual ones that are available for Folders or Playlists only (set in the List Options menus for each folder/playlist individually).
