Display subheader in lists

I would like to have an option to display subheader in lists depending on certain list sort options (especially for by year), for example in the album list of a genre.

I actually suggested and mocked up something similar recently, but in the context of a proposed Now Playing list. Of course that would also be category/sort mode dependent, in the same way that you are suggesting.

I agree it would be a nice touch, especially in longer lists such as All Songs, etc. But because of all the possible Category and List Options variants, it might be more complex to code than we might imagine.
