I believe if your buying a program or application. Google shouldn't be the one that restore the program if you uninstall it or in a event that your phone is stolen. I maybe wrong, but if you are saying that (Google shouldn't be the one that restore the program if you uninstall it, or in a event that your phone is stolen) which other way(s), or means do you want us to use?
