Large chunks of the library disappears & a rescan is needed after each docking with a PC Any ideas? andrewilley Posted February 20, 2022 Share Posted February 20, 2022 I'm guessing your SD Card is somehow getting unmounted during the connection process, which may cause Android to rename it and thus a full rescan is needed to correct the root path changes. Have a look at Info/Tags for a song file before you connect to the PC (note the path to the file) and then again after it has been rescanned.
