Oboe output for Pa

I recently heard about oboe output and i came to know that it is basically a improved version of Aaudio and opensl es and it uses c++ which is optimized low latency and is designed for high performance audio apps so i wish Poweramp also use it in upcoming updates.

Oboe is literally just a wrapper for AAudio output, which falls back to OpenSL ES on older Android versions. AAudio output is already implemented in Poweramp. You can enable it from Settings > Audio > Output. And low latency mode isn't really designed/needed for media players, though it is quite useful on high performance audio applications.
