Look and feel(한국어 설정에서는 인터페이스로 나오는 설정 칸)에 들어가서 확인해보았습니다.

제 폰은 LG V20(LG-F800S)입니다.

I cannot find my player bar, which was placed  on the status bar.

When you play the music, and you may lock your phone.

and we can see the Poweramp music player bar, if you want to unlock the screen.

of course, the wallpaper is replaced by the album art of the music.

Yes, I cannot see the player bar and the wallpaper.

I didn't change any settings. All these things just suddenly happened.

My phone is LG V20(LG-F800S). Please check again.

Honestly, I'd really like to upload my screen captures, but max total size is too small to upload my two captures. I cannot even upload one picture.

If you want to see the pictures, i will send it to your email.

As Poweramp always shows notification (it's the same for status bar shade and for the lockscreen), most probably you hid it.

Navigate to your device settings / Apps & Notifications / Notifications:

Lock screen - Show all notifications

Apps / Poweramp - check all

Ok. Got it. You mean that

Settings → look and feel → notifications

→ notification keeping and check all the notifications(keep notifications, always  keep notifications, remove notification on disconnection) right?

I checked all the notifications.. But there was no change....

This is for device/Android settings.

Also you should be able to upload photo attachments, although obviously don't use full-size Quad HD (2560×1440) as they'd be far too big for viewing on pages, so scale them down to a decently compressed JPEG (640x360 maybe?) and they shouldn't be any larger than about 100K. New members get a 500KB attachment allowance (to reduce hit-and-run spammers) but after you had used the forums for a bit and made a few posts you became an Approved Member with a 50MB allowance, which ought to be plenty for a few screenshots.
