failed to verify license. Google play response - license error #16

Can someone help me?

I've purchased Poweramp 2 or 3 years ago.

An accident happened to my device, and i have to reset my device.

But, after all this done. I can't verify my Poweramp. It's say "failed to verify license. Google play response - license error #16"

"Unlock Poweramp" on googleplay still marked with "purchased"

Please help me

Error 16 is usually a Google Play Store issue, some apps (such as Lucky Patcher) can conflict with it. See http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/429133-license-error-16

It's also worth checking that you are not on Play Store v 10.7.17 as that has a bug which Google have now fixed in 10.7.19.
