Hello, I'm unable to play some newly transferred .ogg files on my Poweramp v981 because I keep getting the "Failed to play file!" error. These files play without any problem on the Foobar Windows and Android apps. All other .ogg files previously in the library work fine. Please click here for link to 3 of such files that don't work.

I have some songs in folder "A" and they are included in some playlists. I moved all the songs in "A" to a new directory "B". But now these tracks in playlists show 'Failed to play file'. I've done a full rescan of library and the files now showed up in 'recent' but the playlist is still corrupted. Is there any way to resolve the issue with the playlist other than manually re adding all the tracks? Screenshot : The missing files are the ones with no album art or any metadata. Clicking on them says 'Failed to play file'

So I bought a android head unit from China and it seems to be denying Poweramp access to system files (both external USB and internal). When I head into Poweramp to select the music library files, it presents me with an "Enable" button for both the internal and external USB storage. When I press Enable on the internal storage, the "No activity found to handle intent" error message comes up. And when I try to press Enable on the USB device, it gives me "The folder selection system component seems to be missing/disabled/frozen on your device. Please enable the component" error. Enabling File Legacy Mode does not help and I've made sure to give Poweramp storage access. What's weird is that the head units custom built-in file explorer/manager app can view all the files just fine and play the music files through the default built-in music player. I've tried installing the Google Files app but even Google Files can't access the USB storage device (it gives me an "Access Denied" error). Obviously, there is something on the Android 11 head unit that's blocking storage access for downloaded apps. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Poweramp and factory resetting the head unit. No luck. Does anyone have a workaround for something like this? Open to any ideas.

I have a Joying Android 10 Auto unit. The default music player reads the USB just fine. I installed Poweramp, it sees the USB but when I click enable, I get these messages. Also re-scans dont work. This is a brand new unit. Thanks!
