andrewilley Posted July 17, 2016 Share Posted July 17, 2016 Well as help requests go, that one is a bit vague! What do you mean by "I've done everything it says"? (What says for a start?) What format are your song files? (MP3, or something else?) Where is your music located on your device? (main memory, SD Card, folder?) Can Poweramp see this location, and is it ticked in Settings > Folders and Library > Music Folders ?
