Well as help requests go, that one is a bit vague! What do you mean by "I've done everything it says"? (What says for a start?)

  • What format are your song files? (MP3, or something else?)
  • Where is your music located on your device? (main memory, SD Card, folder?)
  • Can Poweramp see this location, and is it ticked in Settings > Folders and Library > Music Folders ?
  • After confirming the above, try a Full Rescan (in same Settings > Folders and Library menu)
