PaulM
I recently updated my Galaxy Tab A to Marshmallow 6.0.1 and no longer have access to my sd-card (on which i copied my musicfiles). Is this a known problem? Link to comment https://forum.powerampapp.com/topic/9079-no-acces-to-sd-card-in-marshmallow-601-on-galaxy-tab-a/ Share on other sites
andrewilley
You most probably do still have access, but Marshmallow upgrades (in the designers' infinite wisdom) often changes the root folder structure from what was present before. Go to Poweramp Settings > Folders and Library > Music Folders and locate the new path to your SD Card and re-tick the folder which contains your music, and then do a Full Rescan. Note: the contents of any Playlists that you created within Poweramp will probably no longer be visible in those playlists, as even after the music files are back again, Poweramp will see their new locations as new tracks, rather then old ones it found before which it thinks have been deleted. PaulM
Thanks Andrewilley I've tried that but if i choose folders and library i can see only 2 maps (android and Lost_dir) but when i choose settings on the Tab itself i can see more folders, including the folder were i stalled my music. I have formatted the sd-card and made a new folder music and now everything is ok, Thanks for your time!
