sstyle
Hi! Volume is lower than with other apps. I disable a direct volume managing in settings, it helps a little, but still volume is lower. andrewilley
Poweramp allows some extra headroom for equaliser controls to work without distortion. Try disabling that for your current output device and see if that helps. You could also turn the limiter off. However you may notice clipping at peak levels, as there is a compromise between maximum volume and maximum quality (louder is not always better). sstyle
Equaliser and limit was disabled. Also disabled DVC. Looks like that volume in all custom players lower to -6dB. andrewilley
And did you disable the additional headroom for your output device? I don't know how many dB that reduces the output by in order to allow enough space for possible equaliser gain values, but if you've got the EQ turned off you don't need that headroom any more.
