andrewilley Posted November 24, 2014 Share Posted November 24, 2014 If you tried to make this purchase via the Poweramp website, please report this to poweramp.maxmpz(at)gmail.com giving the full details of what happened. Also, please could you check with your bank to see if the amount you see on your account is a complete (i.e. 'settled') payment or just a partial 'authorisation' only for which final payment was not transferred.
