good afternoon, the following query ... just bought the program through google play, received the email confirmation of purchase, now as I activate the program?

Just download the main app first, and then download the Unlocker (which is the bit you have paid for).

Just switched phone, logged in as same user to google play store, but full version wants payment.  I originally purchased Poweramp via paypal  (2010-12-21 13:14)  and downlaoded  Poweramp-(alt)-Full-Version-Unlocker-1.0-build-19.apk

directly so i suspect google playstore does not know I own it.

If you purchased via the website rather than Google, just install it and re-authenticate using the information you were originally sent by email. It is tied to your email address, so you need to have that address registered in the new phone.

Thanks for the reply, perhaps ( probably certainly ) I am being dumb, but I do not see how I can re-autheenticate?  ! have tried,

 

going into Poweramp: other purchasing methods; already purchased :  just offers an intel trial download. 

going into Poweramp: google play : restore purchase ; asks for  money. 

 

What i suspect is the wrong email address has been registered as I bought it from an MS Exchange account but registered it to my Gmail account.  Ah well screw it, it ain't a lot of money and its well worth it ;-)

Ah, if you've changed email address then that will prevent the purchased license from working (unless you also add the old one to your new phone).

Please contact poweramp.maxmpz(at)gmail.com with details of your order and your old and new email addresses.
