Reading the tag information into the music database would presumably be easy enough (although for large collections it could increase the size a bit) and there could be new (optional) Categories to organise these into list layouts. However it could be a bit tricky deciding how to display that content within the two lines that are currently preset to "Title" and "Artist - Album". I guess that would tie in quite nicely with another existing Feature Request to make those lines user-customisable via formatting strings though.
