Option to disable Widget Reconfiguration

Hello,

with the recent android launcher addition of the "Widget settings" option after long pressing a widget, the "Press the upper right corner of the widget to configure" feature becomes less useful.

I'd like to suggest an option, within the specific widget configuration menu (or globally), that gave the user choice to enable or disable the feature.

The main reason for me to suggest this is because it becomes quite difficult not to accidentally open that page when the widget is quite small (1x1, for example).

@_Yank yes, but that "system" reconfiguration is not available on all firmwares. It's actually a launcher functionality, this is why I decided to keep it. But I may add an widget option to disable that. Thanks for the request.

@maxmpYeah I supected, that's why I suggested it being a toggle.
