Alarm clock to start playing stream or playlist

I would like the ability to use Poweramp as an alarm clock to wake me to music. I would at least like to start a stream or a playlist.

This would probably be best done via a task management app to trigger playback in Poweramp - or to launch a homescreen shortcut to a specific playlist (which could just contain a stream link if you wish).

For example, Samsung's free 'Bixby Routines' app would easily do the job of simply starting playback. It's separate to the annoying Bixby feature, and a surprisingly powerful automation tool for a freebie.

Or there are non-manufacturer linked apps like Tasker which offer even more control, and presumably better access for launching Shortcuts (which oddly I can't find in Bixby Routines).
