Loes Hornstra Posted May 2 Share Posted May 2 Bought myself a Samsung A53 5G today. Installed all the apps, including Poweramp. Copied all my music to the phones internal memory. When I scan the files, I can choose which files to scan. But after scanning, no file shows. All I get is it saying it doesn't recognize. Other musicplayer sees and plays the files without any problem. But I bought Poweramp for a reason.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
andrewilley Posted May 2 Share Posted May 2 You need to grant access permission to the folder that contains your music (the specific folder, not a root location).
