Loes Hornstra Posted May 2, 2023 Share Posted May 2, 2023 Bought myself a Samsung A53 5G today. Installed all the apps, including Poweramp. Copied all my music to the phones internal memory. When I scan the files, I can choose which files to scan. But after scanning, no file shows. All I get is it saying it doesn't recognize. Other musicplayer sees and plays the files without any problem. But I bought Poweramp for a reason.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
andrewilley Posted May 2, 2023 Share Posted May 2, 2023 You need to grant access permission to the folder that contains your music (the specific folder, not a root location).
