Poweramp won't acknowledge purchase

Hello, ill make this brief, I bought Poweramp sometime near 2017. Ever since I've had trouble using it as it constantly told me to "purchase full version." I'd verify my email and it would work. It was annoying but it worked. And now it won't even let me do that, it's like they erased my purchase.

Was your purchase via the Google Play Store or directly from the website here? What sort of device are you using it on, a regular phone or something less common such as an Android car headunit? Have you read the current FAQs about restoring purchases?
