JK Posted May 25, 2022 Share Posted May 25, 2022 when i tried to sort the tracks on the basis of year (which i tagged using mp3 tag app) it shows folders first then other tracks as in the year order ... how to sort it irrespective of their file type. its so annoying Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
andrewilley Posted May 25, 2022 Share Posted May 25, 2022 If you are looking at Folders Hierarchy then yes, just like any other storage management view, subfolders are shown first and then any files within that location. Folders don't have tags (which is what the 'Year' sorting method is based on) so they might be shown alphabetically, I'm not 100% sure without doing some tests.
